  • Work email address
  • Organisation name (optional)
  • Phone number (optional)
  • The content of your message

Analytics data

If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymised information about how visitors use our website (pages visited, time on site, browser type, approximate geographic location). This data does not identify you personally.

3. How we use your data

  • Contact form data — used solely to respond to your enquiry. Submissions are recorded as tickets in our internal project management system (Jira) to ensure timely follow-up.
  • Analytics data — used to understand website usage and improve our content and services.

  • Analytics cookiesConsent: we only load Google Analytics after you accept cookies via our consent banner.

5. Data retention

Contact form data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose of your enquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter. If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so within 30 days unless we are required by law to retain it.

Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months (the minimum configurable period).

6. Data sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Atlassian (Jira) — contact form submissions are stored as issue tickets. Atlassian processes this data in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
  • Google (Analytics) — if you accept cookies, anonymised usage data is shared with Google. See Google's Privacy Policy.

No data is shared with any other third party.

7. Cookies

We use one category of cookie:

  • Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) — only set after you give consent via our cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage or cookies.

We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking across other websites.
